Every November XS Brokers sponsors Boston's Biggest Disco. A charity event that sponsors Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Over 1000 guests attend to enjoy an evening of socializing and dancing to benefit cancer research.
We recently held our second annual event on November 18th, 2017 and raised over $93,000 for Dana Farber Cancer Institute. That brings our two year fundraising total to just over $158,000.
Greg and Sean Power of XS Brokers along with their sister Cara Donovan, ran the Falmouth Road Race for Dana Farber Cancer Institute this past August to raise money for cancer research. This disease seems to affect almost everyone and it affected our family directly 5 years ago when our sister Cara was diagnosed with breast cancer. With treatment at Dana Farber, and unstoppable energy and an incredible attitude, Cara is now cancer free! We have run 3 Falmouth Road Races since her diagnosis and have raised over 20K for Dana Farber.
Heidrea for Heroes was founded by two former veterans Jesse Brown and Matthew Mastroianni who both served for the United States military. Heidrea for Heroes assist veterans transition from military life to civilian life, providing assistance , motivation, and pathways to success for veterans in all stages of adjustment. Lindsey Spencer of XS Brokers skydiving group raised over $20,000 with all of the support from our family, friends and co-workers. By far the best experience of my life!
