Our investment in the latest technology has prepared us to be more efficient and progressive in the ever-changing marketplace. A lot has been going on behind the scenes this year; Our Agency is now totally paperless and all policies and endorsements are prepared on line. We have streamlined how we handle quotes, declinations and requests for additional information as well as policy issuance. Some agents have taken advantage of electronic policy issuance; we encourage you to contact us about receiving your policies and endorsements via email, if you haven't already.
We have several exciting changes occurring at XS Brokers to start this New Year:
A fresh new look to our website: www.xsbrokers.com including a new XSpress Agents Tool area that includes among other items: A Forms Library for our Binding Authority markets. An Online premium rating tool for over twenty classes (20) with Scottsdale Insurance Co and a separate Artisan contractor rating comparison tool for seventy four (74) classes with Penn America and Scottsdale Insurance as well as a Vacant package program. Available to you 24/7! We have added several new markets in 2008 to our carrier list that include Chubb, BRIT London syndicate and Pacific Insurance and we continue to add new products and more Aggregate with our current carriers. We will soon start quoting all new and renewal business with a prefilled Finance Agreement that we hope makes your jobs easier. This is in addition to automatically prefilled TRIA forms and State Affidavits. We are actively working on modifiable PDF supplements for our website, a few of which are already available.
	Our XSpress Agents Tool area is User ID and Password protected, so we hope you'll contact us to take advantage of these great new tools.
Even with all of these changes, we have not lost sight of the fact that XS Brokers thrives on working person to person on new and/or renewal business - whether that is the CSR, Producer or Agency Principal. We will never force someone to go through our website first, as that is not what a wholesaler should be about. These tools mentioned above are simply that, tools to assist you in doing your job as efficiently as possible and to increase productivity and ultimately your revenue. At the end of the day this business is not about your relationship with your computer, it's about Personal Relationships with actual human beings! We recognize that and want to build upon those relationships!
