Brokers Underwriter requested if building was sprinklered on a new submission.
Agent response: "No, only the lawn is sprinklered".
#3) Building was
undergoing renovation. Underwriter requested sub cost for the project. Agent
response: "The insured doesn't buy subs for the workers. All workers bring
their own lunches."
