Hot - Non Profit Directors & Officers (NFPD&O) Liability Insurance - This product is with an "A" rated facility. New - Workers Compensation Program - MOD's up to 1.35, Deviated rates and scheduled credits - $5,000 minimum premium except $6,500 for contracting risks and $10,000 for Trucking risks. We Require a complete Accord application including FEIN #, number of employees and copy of latest Mod sheet. Because we quote over the Internet, turnaround time in most cases is within 24 hours! New - Tenant Discrimination policy - Claims made form, min premiums start at $2,000 for $500,000 limits. Intended to be a broad policy to protect a property owner against claims of "wrongful discrimination" by tenants, prospective tenants or former tenants.
