Since 2007, Adam has spearheaded the agency’s overall financial performance and strategy. Adam is the second CEO of the agency, succeeding the role from its original founder, Ned Mannai. Adam has continued the philosophy and long-standing tradition of establishing long-term strategic relationships with carriers and retail agency partners. Under Adam’s guidance, the firm has grown exponentially in both production and expertise. He definitely lives by his motto of never leave for tomorrow what you can do today.
Adam has served on numerous councils, boards, and committees of several organizations. He was past President and Board Member of the New England Surplus Lines Association (NESLA), and was Chairman of its Legislative Committee. He served on Markel Insurance’s National Producer Council and Scottsdale Insurance Company’s Agency Advisory Board (AAB). He is past member of the Massachusetts Association of Independent Agents (MAIA) Legislative Committee.
Adam is also very active in the local community. He currently sits on a visiting committee for Pediatric Oncology at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute as well as Troy University’s RMI Advisory Board and is involved in many philanthropic pursuits.
A graduate of Westfield State University with a major in Business Management and Finance, Adam began his career with State Street Bank and Trust Company rising to the position of Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Trust Department before joining XS Brokers.
Adam is an avid golfer, world traveler and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and sons.
